I have neglected my dear online bloggity-blog for months; but not for lack of life or business or love. Quite the opposite, really.

A summer of B.S. has been survived & I am happy to write from my new home-base: Chicago, Illinois.

That is right, friends. This 15-year country-side-girl has become a bona fide city-girl. I have just surpassed the 3 month mark of living on Chicago's North Side.

I have learned to "navigate the subway sect" just like "a weathered pro," I recently figured out the city bus system & I am hunkered-down & ready for what everyone says will be a bitter city Winter.

So long-live the blog as I have decided to resurrect it.
