Tomorrow marks my 26th birthday; it also marks a considerable advancement in self.

A decade ago I was a very different girl.

I have come a long way from the lonely girl working 12 hours a day. I have a beautiful house, a garden, two wonderful jobs, enough money to actually buy food, I sew, I write, I'm an artist and I am HERE. I have made it. I have passed the test.

F*ck you, decade. I rocked your face off; did all sorts of amazing things, traveled to beautiful places, & made an incredible life for myself. For MYSELF.
